Here at Red Dot Studio, we offer you your own personal online gallery which you can share with your family and friends. And the great thing is that this comes free together with our photo session! We take care of uploading the photos to our website and you will receive a nicely laid out and user friendly photo album.

Nonetheless, for your own photos that you wish to share with your family and friends there are many free sites available that can host your photos. We find that the top 3 are as follows:

1. Picasa Web Albums (picasaweb.google.com)

Picasa Web Albums is Google's free web photo hosting service. Each user will get 1 GB of free storage for your photos. And by user, I mean emails. So each email you use to sign up for an account will get you 1GB. There is a free photo management software called Picasa that can be installed locally on your computer. This software has many easy to use functions from photo editing to collage making tools and also can be used to easily upload photos by bulk to Picasa Web Albums.

Picasa is one of the best free photo software around and coupled with a free account on Picasa Web Albums, editing and sharing photos can never be easier.

2. Flickr (www.flickr.com)

Flickr is an image and video hosting website and has a huge online community. Flickr offers two types of accounts: Free and Pro (which means you have to pay). Free account users are allowed to upload 100 MB of images a month and 2 videos.

3. Photobucket (photobucket.com)

Photobucket offers free storage of photos and videos up to 500MB. Photobucket's image hosting is quite popular and often used to store images intended for eBay, Facebook, other blogs, message boards or forums. Users may keep their albums private, allow password-protected guest access or open them to the public.
